In this class you will learn everything about sourdough bread baking! This includes how to use a sourdough starter, maintain it and make healthy, flavorful bread with it.
You will learn from the best. Work alongside Javiera Montoya who is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
