It’s not every day that a local company partners with a TV network to open a restaurant, but Spectra—which also handles venue management for the Wells Fargo Center and food service for the Met, among others—has done it. Together with Bravo, Spectra unveiled Top Chef Quickfire in the Concourse at Comcast Center, where fans of Top Chef will get a chance to taste the food they’ve seen on TV. Featuring dishes inspired by the “cheftestants” from the last 16 seasons, the opening menu included a take on Nick Elmi’s fried shrimp po’ boy.
