Reading Terminal Market changes constantly and 2019 brought updates to Philly’s signature indoor food market. Umi Seafood and Sushi Bar, opened in September. New to the day stalls, four Iranian women sell treats three days a week at Pardis Persian Fare. Taste of Spain is expanding from a day stall to a full-size space filled with imported Spanish products, including olive oil and Ibérico ham. A few more coming changes include a new dry-aged beef cabinet at Giuntas Prime Shop and a larger space for the Riehl Deli and Cheese Shop.
