Termini Bros. bakery has been creating Easter classics for generations in South Philadelphia. In this photo from 1938, workers put the final flourishes on chocolate Easter eggs. Today, the most popular Easter specialties are loaves of sweet, braided Easter Bread; ricotta, rice, and ham pies; and cakes swirled with white icing and decorated to look like bunnies.
