Looking Forward to Berwyn Farmers' Market, Created by Culinary Harvest
Farmers' market enthusiasts will have even more to look forward to this season with the addition of Berwyn Farmers' Market, created by Culinary Harvest.
If the name Culinary Harvest sounds familiar that’s because, when Covid arrived in 2020, the organization established a locally sourced virtual market. The online ordering service allowed farmers and small businesses to bring their offerings directly to Main Line individuals during the pandemic.
Culinary Harvest, in partnership with Eadeh Enterprises, has now created Berwyn Farmers' Market—an open-air shopping experience with the same exemplary food and goods. The market’s 40+ regional vendors include Deer Creek Malt-house, Kismet Bagels, JamOnIt Specialty Foods, Neighbors Farmstead, PorTch Tea, Stony Run Farms, and Vellum St. Soap Company, to name just a few. The market aims to serve as a community gathering place, too. Live music, educational presentations, nonprofit highlights, and other events will all be part of the festivities.
And if the market needs any advice in year #1? They might want to reach out to the Easton Farmers’ Market, celebrating its 271st season in 2023.
