Her biscuits are currently available at farmers’ markets and festivals around the Lehigh Valley. Early next year, she and her partner, JR Hartenstine, will debut a permanent home for their savory and sweet sandwiches at the new Riverport Public Market near Lehigh University. The annual Pumpkin Olympics, featuring Punkin Chunkin’ machines with a 200-foot range, is back at Glen Run Valley View Farm in Atglen after a pandemic hiatus.
