Reem Kassis

REEM KASSIS is the James Beard nominated author of The Palestinian Table. A former business consultant and graduate of Wharton, she switched careers to share the Palestinian narrative with the world. Born in Jerusalem, she currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters.
