Ingredients
- 2 ounces clarified watermelon juice
- .75 ounce Revolutionary Vermouth, or your preferred Blanc vermouth
- 2 milliliters Bluestem Botanicals
- Wormwood Glycerite
- Karamoor Estate Rosé
- Thyme sprig (for serving)
Preparation
Combine juice, vermouth, and wormwood glycerite in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain through a Hawthorne strainer or slotted spoon into a wine glass prepared with light ice. Top with rosé (substitute sparkling rosé for a drier, bubbly brunch beverage.) Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
