Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of any jam
  • ½ cup olive or avocado oil
  • ¼ cup vinegar (a rice vinegar works best)
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1–2 cloves finely minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of a fresh, minced herb (tarragon is a favorite)

Preparation

Add all ingredients to the jam jar. Lid the jar and shake vigorously until the dressing becomes smooth. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Tip: Always use the end of the jar to make a dressing. That way, not one drop goes to waste.
