Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dad’s Hat Rye Whiskey Finished in Vermouth Barrels
- 1 ounce Lo-FiAperitifs Sweet Vermouth
- 1 milliliter Bluestem Botanicals Savory Cocktail Bitters
- Slice of tart apple, i.e. Granny Smith (for serving)
Preparation
Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Stir well, about 30 seconds, and strain through a Hawthorne strainer or slotted spoon into a cocktail glass. Garnish with apple slice.
