Kiki Aranita

KIKI ARANITA is the co-owner of Poi Dog, a restaurant, food truck and catering business. She specializes in the cuisine of Hawaii, which draws upon Filipino, Japanese, Okinawan, Chinese and Portuguese influences. Before becoming a restaurateur, she taught Ancient Greek, mythology and classics.
