Part cooking class, part demo, part tasting menu, eat cetera philly culinary experiences aim to educate, entertain and delight our guests. Chef Clara Park spent a glorious summer in the Loire Valley cooking at a luxury inn, Le Moulin Bregeon, in the tiny town of Linieres-Bouton. Her first hand experience with garden fresh produce, still warm chicken eggs and daring to serve chocolate mousse to a fussy Frenchman all made her a better, more informed and nuanced chef.

The pure joy of enjoying a meal in a high quality French bistro is unparalleled. The dishes are never fussy and rely solely on good ingredients and solid technique. Allow Chef Park to demystify the recipes, centuries old cooking techniques and truly empower you to cook these dishes at home. We will learn about the perfect vinaigrette, how to hard boil an egg, differences in tuna preparations, why the French love bavette steak and the best way to make chocolate mousse. The best part is that these dishes will also be prepared right in front of you. Think of this as the chef's table in a fancy restaurant kitchen, without any of the pretense. Grab a seat, settle in and bring your appetite. These experiences will leave your belly, mind and heart full. Bon Appetit!
