Three culinary stars are joining the Wells Fargo Center’s lineup just in time for the NHL and NBA seasons. Stephen Starr’s full-service restaurant Adrian, replacing The Grille, is transforming that space into a classic, upscale tavern with a full menu of American-style cuisine plus an expansive selection of vegetarian options. For fans of his famous pizzas, Marc Vetri is debuting MVP. The eatery’s menu of high-quality pizzas is made using only freshly made dough that, according to Vetri, his team spent the summer perfecting for the WFC venue. Jose Garces is introducing Garces’ Eats, an elevated fast-casual stand. It will include a rotating menu from Garces’ restaurants, featuring fan faves like Duck Fat Fries from Village Whiskey. Chef Garces also plans to create new menu items exclusive to the arena.
