Dinner Parties at Primal Supply

Primal Supply’s Heather Marold Thomason has plenty of chef friends. She’s been putting those relationships to work with a series of collaboration dinners held in her new Brewerytown headquarters. This past fall, she hosted events with Musi’s Ari Miller and Hungry Pigeon’s Scott Schroeder. This winter, Thomason will pair up with Saté Kampar’s Ange Branca and Marc Vetri and Matt Beuhler of Vetri Cucina. Guests should be prepared for anything: Last time Chad Williams cooked at Primal Supply, he brought ingredients for “build your own” pig face sandwiches. Tickets go for $165 to $190 and include gratuity and beverage pairings. Book early, as these special dinners tend to fill up fast.
