BYOB, With A Twist
Choose a seat at the bar-meets-chef’s-counter at Cadence, a new BYOB in Fishtown. Instead of watching bartenders shake and stir, you’ll see cooks artfully plating dishes that highlight the best ingredients of our region.
Philly artisans are represented off menu too—in the art on the walls (for sale) and the dimpled coffee mugs. Even the stacked wood along the back wall—fuel for the heavily used oven—is sourced from the region.
For your final course, we suggest cooling off with a dish of zingy and refreshing citrus shaved ice.
