PA Bacon Fest Celebrates 10 Years

ORIGINALLY CONCEIVED AS AN EVENT AT THE EASTON FARMERS’ MARKET, the PA Bacon Fest has grown to a weekend-long celebration with more than 150 food and drink vendors and more than 15 live music acts. Visitors can start with bacon on a stick and continue to sample bacon in everything from Bloody Marys to burgers to poutine, plus desserts like cannoli and sticky buns. Activities include bacon-eating battles, costume contests and hog calling. Proceeds of this family-friendly, rain-or-shine event go to the Greater Easton Development Partnership, a nonprofit promoting the city’s economic well-being and cultural vibrancy.
