7 Moles by Cantina La Martina

Cantina La Martina's annual 7 Moles is back for a third year on Friday, December 20th at 7pm. 7 Moles is a 7-course dinner featuring 7 unique mole dishes created by 7 distinguished local chefs. 

This year's participants are:

1. Chef Alejandro Sánchez of Mesona
2. Chef Chance Anies of Tabachoy
3. Chef Jennifer Zavala of Juana Tamale
4. Chef Yun Fuentes of Bolo
5. Chef Ange Branca of Kampar
6. Chef Eric Leveillee of Lacroix
7. Chef Ed Crochet and Pastry Chef Justine Macneil of Fiore Fine Foods

The evening will also include live performances by Mauricio Valadez and Ballet Yaretzi, a complimentary ponche (hot non-alcoholic beverage made with guava, apples, and sugar cane), and a special gift from Chef Dionicio Jimenez and Mariangeli Alicea Saez.
