GOOD FOOD FEST returns on Sunday, November 2, 2025, filling the Kimberton Fairgrounds from with regional farmers, food makers, and local-food fans. Hosted by Growing Roots Partners and supported by Kimberton Whole Foods, the day feels like a supercharged farmers’ market, with live music, chef demos, standout food trucks, and a pouring room for sips from area beverage artisans.
This year brings new sponsors Weavers Way Co-op, Painterland Sisters, and The Restaurant Store. VIP shopping gets a clearer system: participating vendors will flag their tables so guests can quickly redeem giveaways. A refreshed map and directory make navigation easier. Organizers are also doubling down on fresh produce, with activities that can earn you free fruits and vegetables and plenty of growers anchored in the Barn.
On the tasting list, hunt down Brandywine IPA, a collaboration between East Branch Brewing Co. and Deer Creek Malthouse brewed with 100 percent Pennsylvania grains. New-to-fest producers add even more variety, including Amara Aperitivo, Diamond Eats, Guevin’s Far View Farm with bouquets and dried-flower crafts, Stonyrun Farms with Wagyu beef, Unruly Nature with gluten-free and vegan granola, and a sweet stop at Hangry Bear Creamery.
In the Demo Kitchen, look for Christa Barfield of FarmerJawn Agriculture, Olga Sorzano of Baba’s Brew, Sarah Holland of Good Girls Bakery, and Mike Sicinski and Niki Toscani of Fishtown Pickle Project.
Access and comfort get a lift, too. SNAP/EBT will be accepted on site, with a dollar-for-dollar Veggie Bucks match through the Chester County Food Bank. Expect more shaded seating under the pavilion and expanded handicap parking. Start at the Info Tent for the event map and demo schedule. Consider a VIP ticket for an hour of low-crowd shopping and extra face time with producers.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Come say hello. Edible Philly will be there handing out magazines and meeting readers.
