WILD FOR SALMON Run by Pennsylvania natives Jenn and Steve Kurian, who fish for sockeye salmon in Naknek, Bristol Bay, AK, in the summers. They have a market in Bloomsburg, PA, and can also be found at local co-ops and retailers as well as farmers markets, including Lansdale and Phoenixville, slinging wild salmon along with other seafood like scallops, tuna, halibut, and shellfish. wildforsalmon.com
SHORE CATCH They partner with fishermen from Barnegat Light, NJ to bring fresh seafood to the city on Saturdays at the Rittenhouse Farmers Market and Sundays at the Headhouse Farmers Market. They offer a variety of local favorites, including scallops, tuna, flounder, and oysters.
OTOLITH Otolith works with small-scale fishermen to source wild Alaskan seafood such as rockfish, halibut, black cod, and salmon. You can find them at farmers markets, including the Headhouse Market on Sundays. otolithonline.com
