First Milk Fest

A celebration of spring, the new born calves, kids and lambs,
and the return of fresh dairy.

Cherry Grove Farm’s inaugural First Milk Fest will showcase the exceptional quality and diversity of New Jersey artisan cheeses and dairy products. We will be selling and offering samples of the NJ Dairy and Cheese Guild’s milk products from cows, goats, sheep and buffalo. Cheeses – aged and fresh, milk shakes, ice-cream, yogurt, butter, ghee, mac & cheese, cheesecakes, matcha lattes and all sorts of other goodies will be here for the tasting. There will also be local artisanal vendors of bread, chutneys, jams, wine, cider and other cheese and dairy accompaniments. We’ll have flowers and plants for sale, artists and crafters with their spring wares, face painting and fun for kids. There will be a maypole, hayrides, morris dancers, and a kirtan and blessing for the calves and cows.
