Binding Agents Presents: WHAT I MADE FOR DINNER with Krys Malcolm Belc

If you’ve ever fallen down the rabbit hole of culinary YouTube, you will not want to miss this event. Binding Agents is thrilled to welcome Krys Malcolm Belc in celebration of his new book, What I Made for Dinner, an exquisite memoir about an amateur home cook’s hard and fast pandemic descent into an obsession with the food celebrities you, too, undoubtedly know and love: Claire Saffitz, Deb Perelman, Ina Garten, and more.

Following a trans man whose life is largely structured by keeping the family household running, What I Made for Dinner asks the question we all might ask ourselves while elbow-deep in a roasting chicken: Is having the opportunity to cook meals for your family every day a blessing or a curse?

Krys will be joined in a conversation about food, family, culinary content, coping mechanisms, and the art of memoir by local author Jiordan Castle.
