ANTI-ICE SUPPER CLUB AT HONEYSUCKLE
Presented by Roads & Kingdoms, The Anti-ICE Supper Club is a series of fundraising dinners in support of local organizations defending communities under attack—our small but vital contribution to the fight for immigrant America.
Our first night in Philadelphia brings us to Honeysuckle for a dinner deeply rooted in Black food traditions. Run by the husband-and-wife chef duo Omar Tate and Cybille St. Aude-Tate, the restaurant draws on Omar’s Philly and Southern roots and Cybille’s Haitian heritage. The menu relies on seasonal ingredients sourced directly from a network of Black farmers and their own farm in Pipersville, PA, celebrating ancestral grains and indigenous ingredients alongside rotating in-house art installations.
