Farm to Table Dinner presented by Kutztown Folk Festival at Rodale Institute
The Kutztown Folk Festival presents our first ever Farm to Table Dinner Event at Rodale Institute with dinner prepared by Dundore & Heister. Upon arrival, travel via wagon to the Garden Pavilion where you will enjoy a wine tasting before dinner. Blue Mountain Vineyards will provide 5 / 1 oz. tastings and a logo glass. Local artists and craftsman will be available. Enjoy shopping or time around the firepit after dinner. Cash bar available through dinner until 8pm.
Dinner – Plated Dinner including a Take Away Dessert Menu Chicken – Poulet Rouge Roulade, Herbed Spaetzle, Miner’s Lettuce, Roasted Celery Root and Chicken Jus Beef – Walnut Smoked Petite Filet Mignon, Pomme Dauphinoise, Swiss Chard, Beef Bordelaise, Potato Gaufrettes Vegetarian – Cauliflower and Romanesco Gratin, Chopped Egg, Lemon Supremes, Chives, Cornichons Appetizers – Carrot Panna Cotta, Finger Lime, Caraway & Almond Streusel, Petite Herbs and borage blossoms (Dundore & Heister reserves the right to make slight adjustments to menu.)
All guests will receive an exclusive Farm to Table t-shirt. All t-shirts will be a Large in size, if you prefer another size, please email Lin Ernst @ ernst@kutztownfestival.com with your preferred size. All size requests must be made prior to September 15th or a Large will be provided.
