The Good Food Fest Returns

edible-default.jpg

THIS FALL, THE GOOD FOOD FEST IS BACK. On November 3, local food enthusiasts will gather at the Kimberton Fair Grounds to celebrate and support regional agriculture.

Hosted by Growing Roots Partners and sponsored by Kimberton Whole Foods, the event brings together farmers, food makers, and members of the community. Attendees will have the chance to meet and chat with the farmers responsible for their favorite fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy products, as well as the artisans behind locally baked bread, aged cheese, and craft beer.

The centerpiece will be an epic farmers’ market. You can also expect live music and plenty of food trucks. Beverage artisans will be on hand pouring sample sips, and the demo kitchen will be hopping with chefs teaching about their favorite ingredients and techniques.

Good Food Fest will be family-friendly, with free kids activities for ages 12 and younger. Friendly farm animals will also delight guests of all ages.

Editor’s Note: Come say hi to us! Edible Philly will be there passing out magazines and getting to know our readers. We want to meet you!
