Time for new chef Valentin Bay to spread his wings! For his big "coming out party" he is UBER excited to host a Wild Game Dinner. For one night only our Jägerabend will celebrate one of Germany's favorite pastimes, a "Hunters Night". Guests will enjoy 5 courses of Rabbit, Wild Boar, Venison and more. Tickets are $65 excluding gratuity. Guests will pay for tip and optional beer pairing for $20 that evening. 

Hors d’oeuvre
Housemade venison bratwurst, dark beer mustard and pickled stuff

First Course

Hasenklöesschensuppe mit Madeira, Pilzen  und Backerbsen
Rabbit gnocchetti in game consommé with wild mushrooms, Madeira wine and crispy topping

Second Course

Ackersalat mit Wildkräutern und Walnussvinaigrette, Fasanenconfit
Lambs lettuce, wild herbs, walnut vinaigrette and confit pheasant

Third Course

Saibling in Krebsbutter
Alpine char with crawfish butter

Fourth Course

Geschmorte Wildschweinschulter mit Roggengraupen, Preiselbeeren, Wurzelgemüse
Braised wild boar shoulder, berries, rye risotto and root vegetables

Fifth Course

Löwenzahnkuchen, Mohneis, Wildschweinspeck
Poppy seed ice cream, dandelion cake and candied boar bacon
