In honor of Shavuot, Jewish Farm School invites to you join us in learning to make delicious feta from raw goat's milk at home. This workshop will be led by Alex Jones, a cheesemonger, writer, food educator, and regional food systems advocate who has been working with farmers and artisans in Pennsylvania for the past eight years.

Why exactly do many Jews eat dairy on Shavuot? How can we connect ourselves, our families, and our communities to local and seasonal dairy? Sign up for this workshop to find out!

This workshop has a required $5 materials fee for each participant in addition to the suggested donation of $10-$20.
