Back by popular demand! Learn the simple and delicious joy of making fresh cheeses at home with this class taught by cheesemonger and food writer Alex Jones. In just a few quick steps and with simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, you can make your own milk ricotta and paneer at home. You’ll learn about the benefits of grassfed milk and the culture and science around these fresh cheeses as well as how they’re made. We’ll enjoy the finished product in a few simple, seasonal dishes at the end of class, and you’ll leave with recipes and resources you can use to make these tasty, nutritious cheeses at home.
