Great Chefs Event Philadelphia
Chef Marc Vetri hosts The Great Chefs Event Philadelphia on Saturday, June 9. This exclusive culinary event, presented by Northwestern Mutual and Volvo, brings together over 40 superstar chefs from across the country to serve signature tasting dishes at Urban Outfitters HQ in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Newly revamped as a daytime, family-friendly experience, guests will dine from 12:30 to 4 pm to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF).
As in years’ past, Marc Vetri has hand-selected the list of participating chefs, inviting friends and respected colleagues from LA, NYC, Chicago, Italy and more to share their signature dishes. The chefs will donate their time, talent and food, creating delicious samplings indicative of their own personal styles. Participating chefs include recently announced 2018 James Beard Award Finalists Michael Cimarusti (L.A.), Evan Funke (L.A.), Michael Solomonov (Philadelphia), Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman (both from Memphis) and many more renowned chefs.
