The Art of Food Photography
From low-tech on the move to high-tech strobe lighting set-ups, photographer Evan Kalman will prepare you for every scenario when photographing food. Whether you are posting to Instagram, on a personal blog, or photographing for a publication, it is important to know the techniques for creating the right look for your food. In this workshop, students will be introduced to a variety of tips and techniques that will satisfy the beginner and advanced food photographer alike. Through technical demonstrations, in-class shooting exercises, and follow up critique, each student will leave with a technical awareness and appreciation for the art of food photography.
